Don't Feed Exploitation
Right now, millions of hard working farmers in developing countries aren’t paid enough to support their families. Yet every day they provide the food that we eat.
Their children go hungry and can’t go to school. Some are forced to work. They have no choice.
Their communities are trapped in poverty, unable to pay for wells and water pumps. They drink dirty water and cannot afford to visit the doctor when they become sick.
This is the cost of exploitation.
A new video, called Don't Feed Exploitation, launched as part of Fairtrade Fortnight 2017, showing young children delivering goods to people's doorsteps to highlight how farmers and their families can be exploited.
